CBD Salve - Oil - Drops Ingredients & Instrucions:
Many people reach for arnica cream for their bruises, sprains, and strains. Health food stores often stock numerous arnica preparations, anything from arnica ointment to homeopathic remedies. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used arnica on bruises, yet I am still amazed at its ability to seemingly wipe away bruises magically and reduce pain.
Arnica works by dilating capillaries, which increases blood flow to and from the injury. This increased blood flow brings healing hormones to the area and moves stagnant blood (like bruises). The result is decreased swelling and faster healing time.
St. John's Wort:
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is actually one of my favorites for nerve pain, especially spinal pain, for which I have used the infused oil rubbed on topically and the tincture taken internally. It can reduce pain enough to allow people to sleep and go see the chiropractor or doctor in the morning. I also use it for sciatica.
This remedy has a longer historical use for wounds and bruises than as an anti-depressant as we use it now. I have seen great results using St. John's Wort topically for tingling and numbness following compression injuries, seeming to help soothe as well as help regenerate the nerves.
Cayenne primarily acts as an irritant, desensitizing pain receptors and reducing nervous impulses to pain as a result. Cayenne is effective topically to relieve non-specific chronic pain. In mice models, cayenne has been shown to be anti-inflammatory as well as a body temperature stimulant. Cayenne is effective at reducing pain due to osteoarthritis and chronic soft tissue pain.
Comfrey (the bone-knitter):
Commonly used for helping heal wounds, preventing scars, and treating existing ones, along with decreasing dryness and flaking of skin. The oil appears to work as an anti-inflammatory, an analgesic, and an aide in the healing of sprains and broken bones. It also demonstrates effectiveness in assisting treatment of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and eczema
Comfrey is a marvelous herb and is one of the best-known healing herbs of all times. Well known and widely used by early Greeks and Romans, its very name, symphytum, from the Greek symphyo means to "make grow together", referring to its traditional use of healing fractures. Comfrey relieves pain and inflammation caused by injuries and degeneration, especially the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Ginger has been well studied for its use in osteoarthritis and found to be effective at relieving the associated pain. It is also effective for rheumatoid arthritis and is being looked at further as a potential curative for RA. Ginger relieves chronic pain with both short and long term relief

Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil brings deep relaxation and encourages compassion and gentleness. It's a wonderful healing oil which is a natural pain reliever, anxiety reducer, treatment for insomnia and is good for skin ailments.
It’s particularly useful for respiratory ailments and symptoms such as influenza, colds, sinus congestion, and coughs. Furthermore, lavender oil can alleviate breathing problems when phlegm is trapped within the lungs and sinuses.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil has a cooling, pungent, menthol aroma with clean, sweet top notes. This oil revives depleted energy and enhances positivity. It can help to improve concentration and battle fatigue, as well as sooth nausea and upset stomachs.
Because of its high concentration of menthol, peppermint essential oil for colds and flu relief is ideal because menthol is beneficial for treating congestion, stuffed up airways, and relieving bodily aches and pains. Furthermore, peppermint essential oil has a mild warming effect which feels great when used on sore muscles.
Clove Essential Oil:
Due to its antiseptic properties, clove oil is useful for wound, cuts, scabies, athlete’s foot, fungal infections, bruises, prickly heat, and other types of injuries. It can also be used for treating insect bites and stings
Clove oil has a cooling and anti-inflammatory effect
Pain in the joints and muscles due to chronic conditions like rheumatism as well as sprains and bruises resulting from sports activities can be treated with clove oil. Besides numbing the area temporarily, it increases blood circulation, promoting faster healing of the injured tissues.
Wintergreen Essential Oil
Pain relief — The most popular health benefit of wintergreen oil is its pain-relieving effects, which can help alleviate headache, muscle cramps, joint pain, tendonitis and bone pain. Wintergreen oil also helps drive out stress and tension.
Relief for rheumatism and arthritis — Wintergreen oil stimulates blood circulation around the affected tissues and muscles, helping clear blood obstructions, which is one of the major causes of these two conditions. It also reaches the bloodstream, where it helps stimulate and increase urination, speeding up the removal of uric acid and other toxins. This can reduce the effects of rheumatism.
Helps prevent infections — Wintergreen oil can be fatal to bacteria (such as Staphylococcus aureus), protozoa and fungi.
